Memorial shirts are deeply personal. They help families celebrate someone special and feel connected during a funeral, vigil, benefit, or anniversary. When time is limited, a calm, organized ordering process matters just as much as the design. The goal is to keep the person's memory close with clear artwork and accurate details.
Quick answer: The best results come from clear artwork, a final size list, confirmed garment choices, and an honest deadline. LuxPort Print Co prints in San Antonio and can help with design preparation, small batches, and larger group orders.
Start with the best available photo
Choose the original photo with the clearest face, good lighting, and minimal cropping. Send the file directly from the phone or camera when possible. Screenshots and images saved from Facebook are often compressed. If the background is distracting, ask whether it can come out before printing.
Keep the wording meaningful and readable
Common elements include the person's name, special dates, a short phrase, and one photograph. "In Loving Memory," "Forever in Our Hearts," or a personal saying can work well. Avoid packing in too much text; people see a shirt from several feet away.
Organize sizes and quantities
Create one final list separated into youth and adult sizes. Confirm each person's garment style before you submit the order. Ordering one or two extras helps when family attendance changes at the last minute.
Review the proof carefully
Check the spelling of the full name, every date, punctuation, and photo placement. Ask another family member to review it too. Production can move quickly after approval, so make corrections at the proof stage, before shirts print.

Questions families ask
How quickly can memorial shirts be ready?
Timing depends on quantity, garment availability, artwork, and production capacity. Share the service date right away for an honest answer.
Can the same design go on different shirt colors?
Usually, but the artwork may need adjustments so text and photos stay visible on every color.
Turnaround and availability depend on the exact order, and we confirm them before production. LuxPort Print Co serves San Antonio customers by appointment and also ships nationwide.
