Questions
What file format and resolution should I upload?
Transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the final print size is best. PDF, SVG, AI, EPS, JPG, and JPEG are also accepted. Remove backgrounds you don't want printed and check spelling and dimensions before you submit.
How many designs fit on one sheet?
It depends on how big each design is. A sheet can hold a lot of small logos or a few large back prints. Pick the length that fits everything with a little room between designs for cutting.
Can I mix different designs on one sheet?
Yes. Logos, names, numbers, and different sizes can all go on the same 12-inch-wide sheet. Use the layout notes on the product page to tell us anything we should know.
How do I press the transfers?
Cut each design apart and heat-press it onto the garment with firm, even pressure. Follow the time and temperature for your press and fabric, and test on a spare garment first if the fabric is new to you.
How does delivery work?
We ship nationwide by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and you pick the method at checkout. In the San Antonio area, local Uber delivery is also available.
