To make a gang sheet in Photoshop, create a new document at your sheet's exact width and length in inches, at 300 pixels per inch, with a transparent background. Place each design as its own layer at final print size, leave about 1/4 inch between designs, hide any white backgrounds, and export the finished layout as a PNG.

A DTF transfer usually fails to stick because the adhesive never fully melted into the fabric. Common causes are a press running cooler than its display, light or uneven pressure, a short press time, or peeling at the wrong moment. Moisture or coated fabric can also block the bond. Most lifted transfers can be saved with a re-press.
